STRIKER – Refund & Returns Policy
At STRIKER, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a great customer experience worldwide. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed or entered production.
1.2 After this period, orders cannot be canceled, as all items are made-to-order (Print on Demand).
2. Returns & Exchanges
2.1 You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
2.2 To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
2.3 Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
3.1 Please inspect your order upon arrival.
3.2 If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
3.3 Your request must include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3.4 If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
4. Return Process

4.2 Returns must be approved in advance. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4.3 If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
5. Return Shipping Costs
5.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5.2 Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
6.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
6.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
6.3 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
6.4 Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original purchase.
6.5 Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
6.6 STRIKER is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or differences caused by exchange rates.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized products

Sale or clearance items

Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items

Hygiene-sensitive items (such as underwear, swimwear, socks)
8. European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must meet the same return conditions stated above.
9. Lost Packages
9.1 If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
9.2 We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
9.3 If the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
9.4 STRIKER is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” or for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
