As a custom apparel brand, all items are produced specifically for your order. This policy outlines our manufacturing timelines, shipping procedures, and delivery expectations.

1. โš™๏ธ Manufacturing & Processing Time

All items are manufactured only after your order is paid for and confirmed. This process ensures the highest quality control and customization.

We proudly ship to most countries worldwide. During checkout, if your country is not available, it means we are temporarily unable to service that region.

  • Shipping Partners: Shipments are dispatched using reliable international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, and national postal services) chosen based on the most efficient route to your destination.

Shipping time begins after your order has completed the manufacturing process (dispatched).

4. ๐Ÿ“ฆ Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. The rate is based on the destination, the total weight, and the size of the items in your cart.

  • Handling: All shipping charges include secure packaging and logistical coordination.

5. ๐Ÿ’ฐ Compensation for Delayed Dispatch

We are committed to our timelines. If we fail to provide tracking information by the target dispatch date (the 8th or 16th working day), we will refund you a maximum of 10% of your original commodity price as compensation.

  • Exclusions: This compensation is not applicable if the delay results from customer-requested changes (e.g., incorrect address, design amendments). STRIKER'S retains the right to determine the cause of the delay.

6. ๐Ÿšจ Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • Fees: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

  • Customer Responsibility: These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee. We advise contacting your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.
